Targeted resequencing
Investigation of key genes
Targeted resequencing focuses on small subsets of the genome, such as exomes, a particular chromosome, sets of genes or other regions of interest. It is predominantly used for clinical purposes, but also in forensics, e.g., in order to identify diagnostically and prognostically relevant genes or variants promoting a specific phenotype.
We offer resequencing of your desired targets. For high-quality results our bioinformaticians can analyze the resulting sequencing data, implementing your personal analysis pipeline as required.
